**!!MUST READ!!**BY BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING POLICIES: We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time. Please make any appointment adjustments 24 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment (if you are unable to by the app that means you are past the 24 hour time frame): Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 60% of the reserved services. Cancellations made 1-6 hours prior to an appointment will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved price. Late Arrivals: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved services. If you are still able to be taken, there will be a $10 fee added to you appointment total. No Shows: All no shows will be charged 100% of service amount. We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment. As a courtesy, we will send out a confirmation email 48 hours prior to your appointment date. All fees are non-refundable. By booking you are agreeing to these terms and policies.
